When you place an order for an item displayed on our website, you are making an offer of purchase to us. We will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do so. If the item is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of these changes. If this is not possible we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first.

We aim to post your order as soon as we can, usually within 3 days of confirmation of payment. Currently we can only deliver to your confirmed card billing address.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Item needs to be returned within 14 days in order to receive an exchange or refund. The product returned to us MUST be in its original condition. This includes all tags still being attached and any packaging to be returned with the item. If a return is received without tags or packaging, or if we have any reason to believe the item has been used, we will be unable to accept the item and will return it to you. In the case of refunds, we will credit you via the card you originally used, minus the postage costs, and will do this as quickly as possible. This will usually be within 7 working days(please note it may take longer than this to show on your statement).
